Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this store and to anything you buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Thrower" mean Thrower Supply Co. "You" means the person using the store or placing an order.

Using this store

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy from us. You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful, and not to attempt to interfere with how it works.

Products and how they appear

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the exact phone models each case is made to fit.

Photographs and screen colours are not exact. The sheen and depth of an aramid weave change with the light, and screens vary, so your case may look slightly different in hand. Each case is made for the specific phone models listed on its page. Please choose the model that exactly matches your phone before ordering.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or description. Where that happens we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received a confirmation email. We will always contact you first.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it, not that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error has been made. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our content

The Thrower name, our store design and the text on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and our Refund policy sets out what we will do if something is wrong. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
