Shipping policy

Delivery is free

Every order ships free. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach, and no shipping charge added at checkout on anything we sell.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 8 to 13 days of being placed.

We want to be straight with you about why. Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas rather than from a warehouse down the road. That is how we keep the price of a premium aramid case fair, and the trade is that delivery takes longer than the next-day shipping you may be used to.

Roughly, an order breaks down as:

  • 1 to 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched
  • 7 to 10 days in transit

If you need something by a particular date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive it, and it is common for it to sit unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Delays

Customs processing, weather, and peak periods around major holidays can push delivery beyond the usual window. We cannot control any of these. What we can do is tell you what we know, so if your order is running late, email us and we will chase it.

If 30 days pass and your order has not arrived, we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund policy.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we cannot redirect it, though we will still do what we can to help.

Duties and taxes

There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
